In retail, managers are generally aware that it's better to bend the rules a little than have an angry customer spreading the word about their place of business. You didn't specify at what point in the transaction you cursed at her, but I would venture to guess that might have had some influence on how she treated you. She shouldn't have taken it personally because unfortunately that happens a lot in retail, but they are only human. As to whether or not she can flag your account - she was probably just threatening you, but if an employee is giving you a hard time I would step back and calmly explain that you will be writing to district manager and corporate. It's much more effective and will help your case when you actually do complain.
