    HELP What Would You Do?

    I am wanting some ideas...

My regular CVS store is so patient with me & I would like to show them my appreciation. I have plenty of stuff to give them from their own store, but because several of them do the ECB's too, I wonder what else I could do for the entire staff? :shrug7:

In a one page letter (no emails, no novel) snail mailed, I would let the company know just how appreciated specific employees are to you.

It could mean a promotion, a raise, or a monetary reward for the employee!

CVS corporate policy does not allow customers to give gifts to CVS employees.

Many companies have that provision in their employee booklet.

Hey, GREAT idea! Funny that I didn't even think of that, but had they made me mad I would've written a letter in a heartbeat. :shrug7:

I know they didn't allow tips cause I tried to get them to take 4.00 one time when I shouldn't have been able to use a coupon cause I goofed & got an immediate refund. But even if I baked brownies or something? That seems kinna harsh.:frown:

I have bought a subway platter for them on truck day one time to show my gratitude. (I did it on truck day so pretty much everyone was able to get in on the free food) They LOVED it.

Oh, the subway platter is a good idea. Home-made goodies, however sweet the thought, probably wouldn't be the best thing.

Now, I just need a store coupon-friendly enough to deserve a Subway tray!

What are your thoughts on the homemade sweets? Would they be leary about eating something the crazy coupon lady made? Maybe it IS too personal for the first time I'll be doing something though...

i have brought bags of noah's bagels- i always bring it straight to the manager and ask that it be put in the break room. (yes, that would be the former manager- this one is not bagel-worthy.)

I have sent a letter about my favorite CVS (esp the weekend cashier and store manager) as well as talked them up to my neighbors who run two store in Mass. I've often complained about the other CVS to them, so now that I've started shopping the other one and hey are great I tell them as they are a different district but know our area manager I'm sure.
