Cvs Adidas Deal Nightmare

I went to get my CVS monthly deals today and it turned out to be the worst experience ever at CVS. I picked up 3 adidas deodrants for my first transaction, for my second I grabbed more monthly freebies that would total my ecb amount to 14.97 to roll my adidas ecbs. When I checked out with the 3 adidas deodrants I gave the girl my 3 free adidas coupons and she then asked the assistant man. a question. The ass. manager then told me I wasn't aloud to do that and she made a big stink in front of all the customers. She said with a chuckle "These are already free, we don't take free coupons for a freebie". Then she told me she would only take one coupon for all 3 because it stated 1 coupon per purchase. I told her "look I have done this many of times", I then left all my junk up at the counter and said to my son "c'mon, lets go to a better CVS". I drove a few blocks to the next CVS and got a ticket on the way for no seatbelt (I was so ticked that I forgot to put my seatbelt on) Anyways I get to the next CVS and I ask for the manager. The assistant manager was on duty and I explained the situation, he said sure you can use the coupons. They only bad thing was they didn't have any deodrant in stock. I wasted my time and precious gas today. When I arrived home I called CVS corprate and they were wonderful. They were totaly p'd off about the whole ordeal and told me that the assistant manager was rude and would get a talk. I have been shopping at this particular CVS for over a year and never had any couponing problems. It's to bad that my favorite cvs store finally became my least favorite.

I bought 3 all you mag's just to get 3 coupons - and now I can't find the product. I'll keep trying - but it's not looking good.....

Actually most of the cvs store near me don't have any adidas deodrants in stock yet. It's not a biggie because it's a monthly deal so it won't be over until June 1st. Just ask your cvs when they expect to get a shipment of adidad deo. or ask for a raincheck.

My store gets their truck on Wednesdays - so I went in today. They were not done stocking shelves from the truck - but when I asked for it someone went to the back and came up with 2 - I bought both of them. I found it funny that when I asked if 2 was all they got the assistant manager says "well you are only allowed 3" - I know what he ment that the monthly ebc's is limit 3 - but the way he said it made me think "oh - I am only allowed to buy 3". Then the clerk tried to tell me I could not use 2 coupons because it says "limit one per purchase" on the coupon. I tried telling her I am purchasing 2 - but she seemed to think it ment 1 per transaction. Once I told her to void one off and I'd purchase them seperately she did take both coupons - but was obviously not happy with me.
