They sent us a white CVS/Caremark ExtraCare Health Card. In the letter included with the card, they mentioned some benefits such as and additional discount when purchasing CVS merchandise. Does anyone know if I need both cards? Or does the white card give me the the same benefit as the red one and I get additional savings?
Thanks for any help.
I am not sure about needing both cards or not. Our CVS opened here not long ago. I also have a CVS/Caremark health insurance card. Just an FYI. It did cost me more to have my medications filled at CVS than it would have if I would have gotten them through Caremark. I called and asked why the difference in copays and was told that it is still cheaper to get my long term medications from mail order than using my local CVS. Hope that helps you out some.

For the clip-free coupons, is there a limit on how many of the items I can buy and get the clip-free coupon discount? For example, the neosporin lip care has a $2.50 clip-free coupon. Can I buy 5 of them and get the $2.50 off five times?

I don't think there is a limit as the clip-free coupon is almost like a sale price. If the regular price of Neosporin is 5.99, subtract 2.50, then that would be the price of Neosporin for the entire month. HTH

If you buy something before it goes on sale, can you take your receipt back and get it adjusted? If yes, if the item in question also gives extra bucks - would you get those also?

unless it states in the ad no rainchecks they have to give you one. I wouldnt tell anyone to look around at other stores either. We cant guarantee another cvs has it so i will issue a raincheck and tell em if they find that item at another cvs before the sale ends to save the raincheck for when its not on sale. And you can also use manufacture coupons and ECB's. They should always scan the manufacturer coupons first since those usually expire sooner then the ECB. And you can use like one of the $4 for $20 plus extra care bucks together. One thing you cant do is use a buy one get one free manufacture coupon when an item is buy one get on free in the ad. unless you bought 4 then you could use one. But you couldnt get 4 paying for 2 and have 4 BOGO coupons. There is no way to put it in even manually.

Actually you can use a BOGO coupon on a BOGO sale making the 2 items free.

I guess its the managers disgresion. My manager well the store manager was confused herself but the supervisor that i dont like says we cant do that here. Some think you cant mix cvs coupons but u can like u use $4 off $20 and have ECB those can be combined or if u spent $40 and had two $4 off $20 it should let you use them.
so did u call their corporate office and find out about the BOGO? There was one lady that used those on the SOBE when it goes BOGO at cvs. I never shopped at cvs until i started working their.
Ive never seen any of our couponer ladies use the BOGO MFQ;s on BOGO merchandise though so i was never really sure.
