Should I just apply for a new one, or can I get a replacement?

They can send you a replacement card that has the same number as your lost one.

Thats good to know. Thanks. I still have my little ones but I really like my regular sized one better. I left it at the store a couple weeks ago and went back to pick it up but they said they toss them if they are left behind. I will have to give them a call.

I have not had a card for a couple of years now....I just give the cashier my phone # and the account pops right up. The only downfall is that I don't have a physical card to scan on the coupon machine inside the store. I also do very little online trax with CVS----only download & order photos...and if there is a photo special, they give to me at the cash register when I pick up and pay for my pictures.

I also do this at Winn Dixie.....they have the capability at the self check out to enter your phone number or the cashier can enter.

Thanks for answering, yall. I ended up applying for a new one since I rarely used the other one and I'm sure any coupons or bucks I had earned had long since expired

They actually give you a new card and will transfer your ECB to your new one. I had mine stolen and had to do this.
