cvs-Question about ad limits

I know this should be around here somewhere, but I looked in all the CVS Rookie threads and the CVS FAQ and searched on this board, etc. I don't see an answer.

When the ad says "limit 3", does that mean for the entire week? If so, is it per store per card, or per card period? I got 2 packs of Pull-Ups earlier this week (only had 2 Qs) and it printed off a $3/15 for me, and I found another Q. Well, I could use the $3/15 and the $2 Q and get 2 more packs.. but that would put me at 4. If I go to another store will it let me get 2 more, or does the limit simply go by 3 per household/card?

its limit per card , if its a weekly ad then its per card for that week.. if its a monthly ad then its for the whole month you can get per card.. you can buy more but wont get the ecb's. hth!

Well, there aren't any ECBs with this one, it's just the sale price. Does that mean I would get the 3rd pack at sale price, and could buy a 4th pack but it wouldn't be on sale?

the limits on non-ecb items are per transaction. i ran through the whole thing on the wagon train.


if the limit says 3, they would ring up 10.99, 10.99, 10.99, 17.99 for example, if you bought 4 in one trip. ( so, don't. go to the car, stash the bag, then go buy more.)

or simply have it all in your buggy and after you do your transaction, do your mom's :) never been turned down doing that.
