? About Vive BOGO

I wanted to know which Vive you all are using the BOGO coupons on. I was in the store today when I realized that my coupon said BOGO on L'Oreal Vive Hydra Gloss. I didn't see any bottles that said that and I was too chicken to try to use them on the ones that didn't say the exact description.

Yeah, the coupon is for the Hydra Gloss that's in the yellow bottles. I just learned here recently that if they don't have it, you can ask for a raincheck!

yes they were for the hydra gloss only... a yellowish bottle with purple box saying extra dry... or for dry hair... not meant for any other vive products..

Oh! Ok, that helps, I didn't see those at all, I'll have to check the other store, I would hate for these Qs to go to waste!

It's not surprising that if you can't find them. My stores ran out Sunday because of all these coupons.

CVS BOGO rings up the 1st item full price and the 2nd item as free so how did your coupons work? did u not use your extracare cards till very end?

did anyone try getting them at walgreens?

The first one rang up 4.99 and the next one free. Then they took off my $4.99 coupon at the end. I always give my card at the beginning.

I got some at Walgreens last week when they were B1/G1. The manager was real nice and explained to the cashier that Walgreens will be getting the money back from the manufacturer on the coupon so yes I could get them both for free. I just had to pay the tax. I thought I would take advantage of the sale at Walgreens so I would have to get as many from CVS the next week.

The sale at CVS is for any Vive or Studio product. So you can buy any of these and get them for B1G1. However, it is the coupon for B1g1 that limits you to what you can buy. The coupon is only for Vive Hydra Gloss which is included in the CVS sale. And, the hydra gloss is the one in the yellow-ish bottle. The register may not have beeped or the cashier may have pushed the coupons through, but that doesn't make it right to use a coupon on a product that it wasn't intended for. Unless, of course, you have the manager's perimssion (ie, the product was out of stock or something). If you are new at this, I hope that cleared it up a little, I hate it when stores tell me they don't allow coupons or coupons to be combined with B1G1 sales because people take advantage of glitches in the system.

MOD EDIT: I agree with this post and want to add that if your manager does allow you to use the coupon on the other types do not post it here. Thanks!
