Default "One per household" rule

Alrighty, so I got $5 ECB from buying $15 worth of baby products. Now, I'm wanting to send my husband to CVS to use his new card to get the same deal but the rule is "one per household." Does that for sure mean one per housing address, or one per card?

Thanks!

One per card. He can do the deal as well. My dh has a card, only I carry it because he would never get it right...gotta love him.

"One per household" means that each card can do the deal one time. The ads seem to be worded so that managers may limit those with multiple cards if they feel the individuals are buying in excess. With the verbage "per household," managers have leverage to deny multiple sales to the same person/household.
