Trident Xtra Care BOGO question!

I went in to my CVS yesterday to use my Trident BOGO coupons and the manager would only let me use one coupon per transaction. I've noticed that a lot of other people have been using more than one coupon per transaction. Is this store policy or YMMV? I still have 16 coupons left and I would like to use them all before the promotion end but I don't want to have to do 16 more transactions. He did the same thing with my Right Guard coupons...He said they were one coupon per purchase. I thought that meant for each item qualifying for the coupon, but he insisted that is was per transaction.

He was wrong but, if he really wants to do 16 separate transactions then I say let him. He'll change his tune real fast. LOL

Thanks. I did 5 transactions yesterday. I'll probably go back tomorrow and try to use the rest of my coupons

He is wrong. I would encourage him to call his district person himself. If he won't, stand there and do 16 transactions one after the other. I did this once awhile back for the soyjoy deal and suddenly they were able to take all the q's at one time.

I just emailed CVS about this, my manager said it is one per card! yep for real! ONE PER CARD!!!!! I talked very nicely with her and told her I would be sure to bring her back something in writing, because next week I am getting lifesavers!!!

I stopped by the same CVS this afternoon and talked to the store manager. She let me use 5 coupons and said that there was no reason to limit it to one per transaction because they have plenty of the Trident, but that sometimes if they do not have enough stock they will limit the number of items each customer may purchase. I was really happy with that and when I went in they had a table with clearance items so I got a bunch of other stuff and I used my husband's card so I paid 69 cents for the gum (we have really high tax here) and then used my ECBs to buy a bunch of other stuff and I got more ECBs out of the deal so it's been a pretty good week for me at CVS.

I used 3 BOGO qs, a 75cents/1 coupon, and a 50 cent ECB yesterday with no problems. I paid 76 cents for 8 packs of gum.

I was at CVS today, the manager said I couldn't use the BOGO on a BOGO, but since the computer accepting it I could. The cashier wanted me to do seperate transactions for each one. I told her sure why not-she decided to let me do it all in one. I went to another one, and they didn't even say a word about it.

Let him do his 16 transactions that he INSISTS need to be done that way, then pay with pennies... oh the time that will waste! I did five coupons b1g1f today at the local cvs and had no problems.
