Clean & Clear Problem

Did anyone else have trouble with the clean & clear deal? I bought more than $15 but my ECBs didn't print. I did buy one half price clearance item, but everywhere I looked it said ALL Clean & Clear products were part of the deal.

Anyone know what the deal is?

I did the clean and clear and got the $5.00 back. I made sure to get at least $15.00 worth of it before tax and before the $1.00 off each product. If you look at the bottom of your receipt it may show how much you have towards the EBs. Mine said total toward this reward $15.37. I'm a newbie, but I hope this helps.

Check the bottom of your receipt.... if the clearance item wasn't included, contact CS. They will issue the ECB :)

Ok, I guess I need to contact CS. I did the math several times beforehand because I've messed that up before

Clearance rarely works for any deal at any store.

I met the same problem yesterday because I purchased two clearance ($3.50 each), so I used 4 2$ off Q. After I found the problem, I asked the cashier and she called the manager. Then she scanned some new clean clear tiems (then returned) with my card and made the total to $26.xx, I got the $5 ECB successfully. :)
What's more, since the total purcahse on clean clear is $26.xx, I bought another item with $4.xx, and used $2 Q, then I got another $5 ECB! What a great deal!

One of the items I bought was clearance and I had this problem as well. The manager just gave me the $5 in cash.

Two out of the three items I used for the deal were clearance. The ECB's printed out fine for me.

I bought the clean and clear stuff on two different transactions and it didn't print my ecb. Same thing happen with Veet, I purchased it on two different order and it didn't print my ecbs. It wasn't clearance. Has anyone else had this problem? :(

I had a similar problem with the Excedrin/Benefiber/whatever deal last week - except it wasn't a clearance item. I have no idea why, but one of my Excedrin boxes didn't count toward the total for some reason. It was clearly included in the verbage of the ad (and in fact, the box was in the ad picture)!

I talked to the manager and she spent a good 15 minutes trying to convince me that the box "just doesn't qualify." I held my ground and eventually she gave me a raincheck for the ECBs. It was a nightmare, though! She REALLY did not want to give it to me.
