Returns and ECBS's

I searched the threads but didn't find what I was looking for, sorry if this is already out there...

How do returns work at CVS if you were issued ECB's? I am wanting to do the diaper/wipes deal this coming week (buy $15 get 5 ecb), but I have never used the CVS brand diapers so don't know if I will like them. If I do return them what happens to the ecbs?

It depends. I've had one manager refuse to refund me anything beyond my OOP. I don't care for the Ultra Thins diapers, they do leak. I wouldn't even waste my money trying those.

I'm not sure about when ECB's are issued, but when I've returned something that was paid for with ECB's and coupons, my oop after q's was paid back to me on a gift card - not cash. Probably the best thing to do is call the 1-800 customer service number and ask them.

As far as the ECBs that were earned - CVS does not cancel ECBs once they are printed. It is between you and your conscience what you do with the ones that were generated on an item that you returned. Logically speaking, you did not earn the ECBs and should dispose of them... this is what I would do.

As far as the CVS brand diapers - we love them. We are generally a Pampers family (2 in dipes), but do Huggies and CVS brand about as often if not more, depending on the sale.
