Can you use two $3/15 on a $30 purchase? Can you use two $3/15 on a $30 purchase? The cashier told me no. I called CS and at first they said it was each store's own discretion. Then the supervisor told me it is written policy that this is not allowed but that I could make two different transactions of $15 each and use them. So,in another words, I am suppose to hold up the line longer than I already do b/c of all my coupons (LOL) and make her ring me up twice causing the cashier twice the work and I end up getting her getting twice as frustrated b/c I have so many coupons. The hate to ring me up once..let alone TWICE! The deal cost me 3 ECB that I was told they could "not be credited" to me. There is no way to credit ECBs. That is bologna. I have had them credit them before. Also the first CS lied to cover her on behind b/c she said in the background that she didn't tell me it is each stores discretion. I explained to the supervisor that "these calls are recorded for Quality Assurances purposes" and that she could listen back to the tape and hear exactly what I was told. The cashier was real nice and I know she is just doing her job. But the rest of this is nonsense. I use to brag about CVS' customer service. NOT anymore. I was so disappointed to lose not one..not two but three of my hard earned ECBs. The supervisor also said she would not credit me (I thought they couldn't credit people) b/c I paid with ECB and it would be like me shoppong for free b/c my OOP was so low. Can you believe this ????
OK...I have vented..But somehow I don't really feel any better. |
