I think it is the 20 oz bottles producing ECB...not the 1 L.

this is correct. I purchased 2 Dasani Plus (flavors) for $1.49 each. Used the $1 off of 2 q from the tearpad and a $1 ECB and paid .49 cents each for them and earned my $1 ecb. Hope that makes sense.
