I went today and made a Kodak photobook, but my ECB didn't print out(they were on sale for $7.99). The Shift Mgr just said there was nothing she could do??? I used a Manu coupon for $3 off any photobook(said specifically at CVS or Walmart)-is that why no ECB printed?
I will call CS tomorrow, but just wanted to warn everyone to watch for ECBs with these~
I did 2 of the 6x8 books today and used the coupons and got the ECB for both. Did they scan a upc for you? They scanned one on the back of the box that they put the book in for me.
I wonder if that was the problem, because when we were there, the manager had just discovered that they needed to scan the back of the box that they put your book in, rather than that little receipt, when they ring you up. So, they scanned the upc on the box for us, and it was fine.
if they scanned the wrong bar code you wont have got the ECB this happened to me to in fact. very annoying. but i did get my ECB in the end. the store maanager fixed it for me
I did not see which UPC she scanned-but it seems like that may the problem. I called CS today, and he said that they can't see any transactions until 48 hrs after the purchase because they are 48 hrs behind the cash registers???
I will def. be calling them back-I want my $7.99 ECB!
I want to do a few more of the books, but not if there is going to be a problem with them.
