Returns?

Question. I want to return some CVS diapers and Huggies. I do not like them at all. I stocked up while I was pregnant so I do not have the receipt. I'm not looking for money back, since I doubt I paid much for them anyways, I would like to exchange them for another brand of diapers. Does anyone know if this can be done without a receipt??

In my experience they will issue the amount on a money card and then you can purchase what you want. HTH.

should be fine, I have done it at Rite Aid and not had a problem, they just gave me lowest sale price for the exchange value.

Some stores openly display their return policy as no return without receipt (usually excludes CVS brand items). However, this differs from store to store, even within the same district. Be sure to check with your store's manager to find out their store specific return policy. You may find that your manager is very understanding and willing to do whatever it takes to ensure a happy customer.

I had to exchange diapers a few weeks ago at CVS (wrong size) and it was fine, they'll just ask for your license (I think you're only allowed a certain number of returns w/o a receipt per X amount of time) and give you the amount that they scan for on a money card. They were really nice about it! HTH
