I've been shopping at this store for many months, and there are only two nice employees (one guy that usually works nights and a girl from the photolab). The assistant manager made a scene and practically called me a thief in front of the other customers once because I asked her to take a coupon that beeped, due to the fact that the wording of the coupon allowed for the item I was purchasing-very unprofessional. Definitely NOT coupon friendly. They have good clearance, but can run out or be understocked on some FAECB items (24 hour store). They do have the RIB magazines.

Very nice staff here, and very helpful if you need help finding something. Coupon friendly. They tend to run out of FAECB items quickly, and they're clearance is ok but not great. They do NOT have the RIB magazines.

Excellent staff here, willing to push through difficult coupons/transactions. Always willing to let me do two consecutive transactions, and telling me I don't have to get back in line when I offer to. They're a little understocked but usually have the FAECB items for at least the first 2 days of the sales. Clearance is hit or miss here. No RIB magazines.

Forest Park, IL on Harlem--Small store, coupon scanner not working today, dirty items on shelves (think exploded shampoo), checkout employee took care of someone who wasn't even waiting in line before me (first, and probably last, time at this store today)
- I've been here one time also, and I was not impressed. I also do not see myself returning again.

Oak Park, IL on Roosevelt--Small store, didn't see a coupon scanner but didn't really look for one, employee who checked me out was nice (first time at this store today) **They DO have a coupon scanner**
- I DO NOT LIKE this store at all. There is always merchandise in the aisles, and it is just so unorganized. The store manager is a total jerk and things that couponers are robbing the store.

The Forest Park store I have been back to--on RARE occasion. There is one really nice cashier there--I believe she worked there when it was still Osco. The Oak Park store--I almost always have Q problems there. Thankfully, it's not near me! If you have the chance, check out the store in Brookfield on Ogden. The manager is great!

Malaga, NJ-Depending on which manager is on that day, it is either the worst of stores or the best of stores!! It really is like walking into two different stores. The good managers make the experience pleasant. Why don't you get that accepting my measley 50 cent coupon makes me feel empowered and causes me to spend WAY MORE MONEY at your store? The pennies you deny me in coupons is costing you tens of thousands a year in sales-and I am only one customer.

In and around Los Angeles:

Marina Del Rey: on Glencoe. Very coupon friendly. They go above and beyond to find the items I am looking for.

Mar Vista: corner of Centinela and Venice. Very hit or miss on coupon friendliness. As an example, with a rain check I used last night, the assistant manager told me I could get my extra bucks for it from the scanner machine where you price check!! REALLY!! So they need to train some of the staff but there are also some really good ones who are veterans.

Los Angeles: corner of Palms and Sepulveda in the Trader Joes mall. Very small store. Was a Longs so they don't know the coupon policies so it gets frustrating that I have to t each them.

Los Angeles: corner of National and Sepulveda. The absolute WORST store of them all!! They are the most upcoupon friendly of any of the stores I shop at. They recently would not let me use 2 of the $5 Q's on the BOGO NB which I have not experienced at any of the other stores. I always have a problem there and they are always out of stock

Venice: corner of Rose and Lincoln. Very small store with limited stock. They are coupon friendly and always congratulate me with my low OOP and ECBs that print.

N DFW, (McKinney, Plano, Frisco Tx )

-Custer/Virginia - awesome!
-Stacy/ Custer - depends who's working, watch out for mngr w/ long hair!
-Coit / McDermott- pretty good, they always have lots of the faecb items
-Coit / Park(er)- terrible. hardly have the faecb items. Was told couldn't use a bogo on a bogo sale, had to be reg. price. Yeah right buddy! Employee's won't smile even if you tickled them.
- Preston / Rolater- I only go there wed. nights. Pretty good. small store but friendly employees.

Small, small did I mention small town in middle GA. One CVS & one wags. My CVS is great most of the time (depending on which manager is on duty). The GM is new and pretty much told me if I have any problems to come talk to him because the first week he was there he had to deal with an email I had sent to cs pointing out what a bad marketing strategy it was not to allow me to use a coupon on clearanced items. I mean isn't that the point in clearancing it that you want to get rid of it and allowing me to use a coupon pretty much guarantees you are going to get rid of it. He said he had to fill out five pages of paperwork and deal with the district manager and would prefer if I have a problem for me to come talk to him. I don't complain often but when I do I expect a solution and he promised me that as long as the coupon matched the item I could use one on whatever I wanted. One manager is not really coupon friendly but the other one is and the cashiers are really great!
