Maybe I finally got this whole cvsing thing. Today (bright and early) I went to CVS to part take in the weekly sales. I got

8 boxes Kleenex (B1G1F sale, 2.29 each)
2 J&J travel baby shampoo (0.99 each)
2 bags of Lifesaver Gummies (B1G1F sale, 2.19 each)
1 tube Crest toothpaste (1.99 sale)
1 tube Colgate toothpaste (1.87 sale)
2 tubes Sure Deodrant (2.69 each)
1 reese's peanut butter cup
1 peppermint patty

-$2/2 j&j products

-$1/1 Crest coupon
-$1.50/1 Colgate coupon
-$1/1 Sure IP
-$1/1 Sure coupon
-$4/$20 CVS coupon
-$6 ECB

=$0.88

Plus I have a MIR for the sure, got $1 ECB for the crest...didn't get any ECB on the Sure though. :(

WOW! Good for you... I'm still at the "so happy I could almost pass out" when my total is under $1.00! (I know that's a lot for some of you, but for me, I'm still learning and less than $1.00 makes me smile!)

I think you didn't get the ECB's for the Sure because the deal is a July monthly deal...which doesn't start until Tuesday... but someone correct me if I'm wrong...

The Sure deal starts Tuesday. If you are on good terms with your cashiers/managers, you can return and rebuy on Tuesday and your ECB will print. No matter how much we try to avoid it, accidents do happen.

Woohoo!! Good shopping. I'm still at the "wow my total is under $5" happiness myself. CVS is just something I'm not making work out well. Last week when I tried, the parking lot was full, 2 cop cars included. Went inside only to find the scanner broken. Figured my luck was out that day & went back home. Maybe next time for me.
