Scanners

I have been reading all these posts about scanners at the stores. My store does not have one. Well today when I was there I saw the machine to get a price check. Didn't say anything about coupons. I walked up to it and thought well let's see whats happens. So I scanned my card and out popped all these coupons. I got one for 4 off 20, cvs brand lotion and a couple of others. It let me scan the card 4 times. So if your store doesn't have a scanner just check the price checker and see what happens.

'Scanner' and 'Price checker' and 'coupon printer/scanner' are all kind of interchangeable terms here. Some are blue/gray and some are red, and some just happen to be programmed and hooked up to print coupons as well as price-check. The only way you can tell if your price checker also prints coupons is if the screen sometimes says "Scan Your ExtraCare card and Save More!" or something to that effect, or of course to scan your card and see what it says. Some will also 'eventually' print coupons even if they don't right now, you can tell which ones these are b/c when you scan your card it will say something like 'temporarily unavailable to print coupons - please try again tomorrow' or it will say it's out of paper. I *think* that if it will never print coupons, it says something like 'item not found' or something. They are the same machine, just some of them will also print coupons. I'm glad you found one and got some good stuff! :)

How often can you get coupons when you scan your card? Once a week, every 2 days, everyday? I'm comfused

How often do the coupons change? The last 2 times I have gotten the same two coupons, but both times were this week.
