ECB's for Smart Rinse still on?

I found the June Extra Value Book by the door and on the back cover it showed that you get 3.49 extra care bucks for one bottle and in white at the bottom of the same page it says, "Valid 6/01/08 through 6/30/08". Does that mean it's still on?

I wasn't sure, because I didn't see a sign saying buy this get it free after ECBs. And I talked to one of the guys who worked there, because I thought the deal was off seeing there was no sign near the Smart Rinse and he said it's rare that Smart Rinse has ECBs. So I thought I missed out. :(
I'll go back there later and try. Hope it works for me.
