Scanner not printing? I may have the fix for you!

It seems like everytime I go to CVS the scanner tells me that it cannot process my request at this time (and then gives an error code) well the MGR told me a while back that it needed to be "reset" and proceeded to push the 2 middle buttons in simultaniously then released them.. the screen went black and then the machine rebooted... viola.. my coupons printed after I scanned the card then!! It seems like I have to do this everytime I go in there now but at least I get my coupons!

hmm interesting..I wonder if I reset our machine if I will stop getting those same old lame crt q's, lol..maybe it'll "reset" my card and actually give me something useful..

jk though, doubt it would do anything for me but thanks for the heads up, this is good info :)

no, I still get same ole 3/10 CVS brand, 1 off gold emblem water and 1 off cvs tanning lotion... sometimes I get some better ones but this is the norm!

That would be awesome if it works. I will definitely try. There are three stores here with them, but none of them have ever worked.
