Email from CVS on BOGO sale and BOGO coupon

I had a problem the other day with the Maxwell House BOGO. I had 10 with 10 coupons. She scanned 5 and tried to hand the other 5 back saying I had only bought 5. I calmly told her that I had cleared this with CS and that I could use 1 coupon per item regardless of the sale. She quietly and reluctantly scanned them.

I thought about it later and decided that if someone gives me a problem saying I only bought 1 instead of 2 I will say "How many did you sell to me? At the end of the day if you started with 20 and ended with 10 you would consider that you sold 10."
