CVS Advisory Panel

The purpose of the CVS Advisor Panel is to solicit your input about CVS stores, products and services, and to obtain your suggestions for how we can improve CVS. Your guidance is especially valuable as we strive to make your shopping experiences at CVS the best they can be.

Throughout the year, we will send you invitations to participate in online surveys about CVS products and services. If you choose to participate in our surveys, we thank you for your time by crediting your ExtraCare account with $5, $10 or $15 in ExtraBucks. I joined this a while back but I've never gotten a single thing. I went back today and updated my profile to reflect an interest in nearly everything on their list. Maybe I'll get something now!

I have been a member for over a year, and had not received any surveys, so I emailed them. Got the following response that might help someone else:

We have sent you two surveys -- one on 4/27/2005 and one on 6/19/2006 to your email address -- I pulled this data below from your profile. Sometimes Yahoo has a spam filter that blocks the surveys from getting through --we've had this problem with yahoo and hotmail. You need be sure that emails from www.cvsadvisor.com are not considered "spam" in your inbox. Anyway, we'll keep trying to send them to you, you are considered "active" on the CVS advisor panel.

So it looks like my problem has been Yahoo and not CVS.

Check your e-mail. I just completed a 10 minute survey about prescriptions at CVS for $10. Supposed to print after October 4th.

Just got a CVS survey for $10 ECBs.....finished it in a few minutes....they will start printing at the register first week of October....

Goodluck in getting it also.....

I got a $10 one on 9/7 and it said it would be credited to my account on 9/27.
