It took my over a year to get a survey from them too but I qualified and my $10 ECB will be ready on 6/27. (although it was for Wags vs CVS lol)

I got this CVS vs WAGs survey. It is my fourth one from them. :) I don't CVS anymore, but I use these to get DH's face wash!

I just got one today! It asked my opinion of several pharmacists that may do CVS commercials. $5 ECB's after July 18th. WOOO HOOO

I received my first CVS survey tonight, it went to my spam folder and I almost deleted it. So glad I didn't, at the end it said my 10 ecb's would print after Aug 1. I'm really starting to like CVS'ing.

I just did one also. They were asking whether a $50 gas card would convince me to transfer a prescription to CVS. Ummm....yeah.
