We can't use them on milk in MA either. Its an old, weird state law. Apparently we can only use a coupon on milk if its flavored milk.

i remember reading that on my OYNO coupons from My store..with everything else like giftcards and beer...there is milk in that list that items that aren't aloud to buy with it ...just weird

Our Walgreens won't allow their version of ECB to be used on milk either. The manager gave my friend some B.S. about laws against discounting milk.

Our CVS does allow it. We just can't use them for alcohol, tobacco and RX.
I don't know about GC's tho. never tried that.

That is a law in some states. Crazy as it sounds.
