Cub Foods ~ Question: Catalina Coupon Troubles?

Has anyone else had troubles with the catalinas lately? The past two catalinas my husband I and I did did not print for us. The worst is the Customer Service at our store doesn't seem to know how to fix the problem or how to give you the ones you are missing out on. Just Friday we did the Buy $25, get $10 back deal, and neither of us received our catalina. We even asked the CSM to make sure we had bought the right products (which we did) and she didn't know how to help us out. I emailed Cub to see what they say, but it's just such a pain to lose out on $20 we could use this week.

I've also noticed that our Cub only prints one catalina per offer. Is this something new that Cub is doing? I always thought you could do more than one per transaction, but they won't print at the 33rd Ave Cub in Saint Cloud if you do more than one per transaction. Anyone else having these issues as well?

I went Sat AM and also had some problem. I HAD TO ASK the cashier for my coupon. I was halfway out the door when it occured to me. Then he gave me this disguested look and rollde his eyes at me when I asked him for it. It didn't print out next to the register either, he reached under the counter and got it for me. So I'm thinking they had to print out in advance and if the customer doesn't ask for it you don't get it.

I also sent an email to corporate about that and the fact WHY must they stock the shelves at 9 AM on the busiest day of the week. I have been going to this store for 20 year's and usually don't go on Sat AM because of that. But I'm tired of it. I'm thinking of changing to the Stillwater Cub from the Hwy 36 and Rice street store. All the other stores are me are to small.

Call Catalina. 1-888-826-8766. I believe option 3 is for consumers. Have your receipt(s) handy. They will research it and send you the ones you should have gotten.

Most cubs I've been to have made it right if the cat did not print they have either given me cash or a cub gift card. That is what they should do I'm not familar with that cub.
