Default Leftover poultry soup (Great for left over turkey and rotisserie chicken)

I have a great leftover poultry soup/stew:

What you need:
Crock Pot
Can of Tomato based soup (tomato or tomato basil)
Can of beans (kidney or lentil soup)
Can of mixed vegetables (I use veg all)
Cooked pasta(rotini or penne)
Left over poultry on bone

1.In a Crock Pot mix all cans of soup, veggies, and beans (don't drain).
2.Put in left over poultry on bone, you can break it up to fit in crock if needed.
3.Cook on high for 2 hours or low for 4 to 5, then peel meat from bone. (It should fall off bone easily or cook it longer until easily removed.)
4.Cook pasta if not done already (day old refrigerated pasta works great)
5.Add into Crock.
6.Cook 1/2 hour on high or 1 hours on low.

Then it is ready!

Simple easy great tasting soup/stew. Good with cheese on top. Bread or crackers on side.
