| Re: Organizing / Storing Your At Home Coupons / Inserts, Etc. I cut all mine up and use a big CD case and put my cut coupons in it organized by category. I used a pencil holder for all my coupons I may be using soon. I've tried every system but so far I like the cd case better than the binders.

Someone needs to come up with a better method of organizing. Problem really is that each sunday I get between 40-80 insert sets and after they are cut up and stored they take a lot of space.
I like having them cut so i dont need to hunt them down and cut them later. I have read the organizing thead and i have adopted the baseball sheets in a 3ring binder book, but does anyone have so many 3 ring binders it becomes hard to keep track of them? | Where do people get so many inserts? |

To stockpile for their family To Donate to church pantries or food missions To share with family or friends...I have 2 family members that have lost their jobs & 2 that are deciding if they want food or medicine with their money To help teachers out with school parties To have neighborhood parties Mainly - I am just a pig and if it's free I want it organization: I am only cutting what I know I will use and putting those in my check bookfile accordian. The rest are being stored in hanging files in the car. That way if something is on clearance I can go back to the car and pull and cut the insert

If you carry them in your car, HOW do you find the ones you want without having access to the database to search?? :shrug7:
The only ones I carry are the clipped ones that are in accordian files. I can find those by category. |

Just the thought of dealing with that many is enough to give me nightmares. |

| Re: Organizing / Storing Your At Home Coupons / Inserts, Etc. I print a master list of each weeks inserts and put it in the beginning of the file (have to make changes since my inserts are diff amts),
Over the years I have done the master lists different ways. Sometimes in front of each weeks inserts, sometimes in a folder, sometimes I 3 hole punch the coupon list and put it in a binder. Also If I am close to a wifi I plug in on my lap tap, I have been known to forget my shopping list or can't remember something - so I wi fi a bunch.
Some can remember what is in each weeks inserts - not me

| Re: Organizing / Storing Your At Home Coupons / Inserts, Etc. Thanks all for great tips. I was just wondering about how to organize the inserts, by week or by SS/RP, etc... I've also decided to not to cut every cpns in the inserts but I'm getting drowned in inserts and have a hard time finding the cpns I need.
