Just curious... how many trips do you make to stores in a week?

jolee-What a good question. Mine varies, so I didn't vote. Sometimes the deals are so poor, I have disapline & only go once a week to the Farmer's Market for produce, & live off my stockpile.

Sometimes the deals are so good, we'll go to 3 Wags, 1 Walmart, 3Albies, 1 Winco, & 1 Fred Meyers, 1 Yokes, 1 Costco & Farmers Market. So, we go 12 places in one day. But we take a cooler for drinks & snacks, or any Freebie Fast Food Q's because it takes 7-8 hrs.

hhhmmm....I just started using q's like 3 weeks ago,so since then I have probabaly been making..omgosh.. well since then I have been to Walmart..so about 1x a week.Homeland probably 2 at the least up to 5. I am about to go back in a little while. I went yesterday and I will probably got to 2-3 diff ones. Target usually never used to shop there but now maybe 1 a week. CVS...I have been to CVS probably over 20x in the last 2 week or more. I have 2 really close like less than 10 minutes and 2 like 12 minutes or less. So if I cannot find the item I am looking for I will got the next store. Also take into mind I am a newbie so I am sure wehn I get better hang of this I will not feel the need to run to the store everyday..right..someone please tell me I won't always be this way...lol

From the few responses I have read, now I feel like a freak!! If the sale is good, I have been known to hit Walgreens 3x's a day at least. This week I have been in a Walgreens at least 15 times. And the grocery store once. I don't like to do multiple transactions, and usually have to keep the trips fast and easy since I always have 3 kids under 4 in tow. If the sale is working for me, I want to use every last coupon I have!!

I really wish I lived closer to any stores, but it may not be such a good thing either because then I would be there just about everyday on good sales weeks! But...since I live about 45 minutes from the closest stores, I go in once a week (hubs works 10 minutes from the closest stores, so I drop him off at work and go shopping while he is working). I may go to 2 or 3 of the same store to do deals while I'm shopping, but I only actually get up and go once a week. I do have a Fareway about a block away, so last week when they had the peanut butter deal going, I was there daily (sometimes twice a day). So I would say my average is 5-10 trips to different stores (or multiple trips to the same store, but different location) per week.

It depends on the week. If it is a bad week....1 trip for the necessities if I have to. If it is a good week like triples...I go to HT once each day. I will also hit 3 CVS's if the deals are good enough to use all 3 cards. I only use one card at each store. If the deals are good I will hit 2 RA's on Sunday (like tomorrow....Huggies deal). So it really varies by the sales or lack there of.

I usually make one trip to the local grocery store for double coupon day. If the deals are good at wags I will go to maybe one or two in the week. (which is sad 'cuz I go by at least 3 wags stores in the course of a day) I just do not have the time right now to stop. Last semester when my course load was less I would go to cvs or wags every other day. (I go by 2 cvs stores to and from work)

From 3 to 10 depending on the deals for the week.

A great coupon week with doublers could easily reach 10 to 15! Free food is so fun!!!!!

I voted 3-4.
It use to be 1 (maybe 2 if I forgot something), and maybe only having $5 worth of q's for a $250 tab :sad:. Now that I'm getting more into using coupons and making a game out of it, I have been shopping on my lunch break.

I go 2 or 3 times a week. For the deals, but also so I never end up with a big shopping trip that takes all day.

I work at a WG and CVS on Mondays and Marsh grocery on Friday and Walmart on Wed and Friday. So I make sure to get my deals for those stores the days I'm already there. As a newbie~ I'm still trying to figure it all out! So far I will still throw in a couple of other stores if the deal is especially good. : )
