Need Help Finding This Weeks Walmart And Dollar General Deals And Freebies

I was wondering where i can find the deals for Walmart and Dollar General for this week also freebies?Im new at this couponing thing and was also wondering what you should suggest me to do next i have an accordian style thing for my coupons and have them clipped now what?Any tips would be helpful to get me up and running i get frustrated easily and am at that point blah pls help thanks =)

Just go to the top of the page & click "coupon forum." Then scroll down a bit to "Store Deals." Then find Dollar General & Walmart on that page. They'll be in alphabetical order. You'll find threads in each forum telling you about deals.
