So. In my area. Our major stores are Food Lion, Giant, Safeway, Superfresh, Harris Teeter, Walmart, and a few drug stores like Walgreens, CVS, Rite-aid. Does anyone know if any of these stores besides Superfresh double coupons? And whether its all the time?
All info would be greatly appreciated

You may have to check with each store individually. I have Giant and Safeway here and they both double, but I had Safeway in California and they didn't double. Food Lion doesn't double(as far as I know, the one here doesn't). I know Harris Teeter sometime does special events for super doubles and such, but I think it is based on area as well.

What I would do is either call or email the store and ask. Some stores list whether they double/triple and to what amount in their ads as well, so you could try there also.
