Newbie Needing Some Vets Help!!

I live in Utah and where i live there is no double couponing. I am looking to coupon and needed some help.
Since I am new i dont have a ton of coupons. Actually none :)
I am wondering the following items:
1. There is a sale for 5 for $10 on GM cereal I was looking and there is a coupon for $2.25/4 so it would be 5 for $7.75. I am wondering if there would be any more coupons to do to make it cheaper.
2. is it cheaper to price match at walmart or target and use the coupons there? If i have no catalina coupons?

It's hard to say without knowing the store you're going to. Have you checked out the store forums for your store to see if there's any other store coupons for the deal?
