Default Question for couponers in midwest

I was wanting to get some ideas on how to maximize my savings and grow my stock pile. I live in Iowa and no stores in my are double coupons. Once in awhile kmart or pamida will have double coupons but its maybe 1 or 2 times a year. I was wondering if you could tell me how you get the savings and any tips. Like everyone else we are on a limited income. Another question I have is if I use a coupon like Buy so and so and get one free. Can I use the B1B1 plus another coupon say for 55 cents off one?

Any advice and help would be awesome!

    Thanks!

just because you have no stores that double, should not stop you.

majority of my stockpile of hba items were obtained from walmart and walgreens. neither of those stores double.

i have a krogers, but really only go there once in a while anymore. i do have one other store that doubles, but probably get 25% of my groceries from there.

target, walmart, shop n save are my main stores. none of those double.

just keep an open mind and keep reading.

Walmart gives you overage and you can ad match....

Also watch for store coupons. Using a store coupon and manufacturer coupon (if the store allows this) can be as good or better savings than doubled coupons.

This best desribes my story of shopping at stores these days.
