Depends on how the catalina prints. If it says across the top Manufacturer's Coupon, then no you can't use it with another manuf. coupon. Some catalinas print as Store Coupons and it will say Target Store Coupon and you can stack with a manuf. coupon.

When you shop at Walgreens, they have Register Rewards which print out as Manuf Coupon across the top, but they are good on your next shopping order (OYNSO), and you can pair it with manuf coupons. But Wags is a bit trickier b/c you need to have as many products as you have coupons. So if you buy 1 item, use a manuf coupon and try to use the RR, it'll beep. 2 coupons needs 2 items.

If its a store promo that says OYNSO, those can be used with manuf coupons as well.
