    CHAT question about coupons from blinkie

    I have scott toilet paper coupons from the blinkie in the dollar general its says manufact. coupon can it be used at another store?

    Yes you can. As long as it doesn't say that it's just for Dollar General, then you can use it at any store that accepts coupons.
