How do I start building up my own STOCK pile?!@!?

Hello I have about a month of couponing so I am still a beginner; I live in the state of California and I still canNOT understand how to build my own stock pile :( when all the coupons say "Limit ONE coupon per item"? PLEASE help! Any advise/tips will help me out.

Limit one coupon per item simply means you can use one coupon on each item you buy. If you buy 3 boxes of tissues and the coupon is .25 off 1 then you can use 3 coupons.

There is a forum here where you can become a trader. You can trade the coupons and such that you have and can't use for coupons you need. I have 303 trade feedback. Here is the info for that if you're interested in learning about trading.
