catalinas

Hello. I am a little new at the whole couponing thing. I know what catalinas are from the stores but I keep seeing "printable catalina" on the web.
when I print one of those out for a product that says something like "so much off your next purchase for a particular product". can I actually use them at my local grocery store for the purchase at that time or when I use that catalina from the website at the grocery store will a store catalina print up for the next next purchase?? hopefully that makes sense..

A catalina will print out at the register and will be for so much off your next order at that store. You can't print them from the web, they only print at the stores.

A coupon that your print from the web you can use as a regular coupon. So you could use that the next time you go to the grocery store. But a catalina is something you will only get at a store (grocery, drug, etc).

cool thanks. I think I understand now.. the ones from the website that say "on your next purchase" is just like using a regular coupon or catalina that is on my next purchase. thank you very helpful!!!
