Newbie tip/Oldie reminder

you know all those great "free address labels" that you can sign up for? i use my trader name here motherofmolly@HCW as the name on those and the rest my address. i use these just for trades.

or better yet, if you make your own, just use your trader name, then your name and address after that. that way you never forget!

Please put your username on and in your trades. I trade ALOT (60-80 a week?) and I stress when I can't figure out who I received what from in the mail.

Holy crap-ola!! How do you do it?? I'm on 4 trains and I still managed to mess something up!! A zillion kudos to you!!

It is a good reminder. I make a real effort to remember but have had to retrieve envies from my box because I'd forgotten.

Also, I'm seeing WLs with long lists of wants which is good but not a hint of where to find the item. If someone doesn't want to take the time to tell me where an item can be found such as in an insert or printable and the date than why should I look it up?

There have been some WLs which carefully explain where a q can be found but every q is from inside the package, tearpads, or blinkie's which I've never seen. It would be nice to have a few q from inserts which I'd gladly share. I Want to share my unused insert q.

I generally just open another window w/ the db, and just type in a few of the items in their w/l, then write them down so I can find and pull them.

Yep. That's what I did!! My labels have the full name (Courtney Paige) so hopefully people realize it's me from here. But just in case, as soon as I seal that envie, I write cpaige@hcw on the back. It's an automatic response!!
