Is there a place online i can find out whats gonna be on sale a week or so before?

I thought i read somewhere theres a place that can tell you whats gonna be on sale in your area a week or so ahead of time?
any help would be appreciated im new n learning.
and is there a place thats lists good deals by area that people are finding?

Check out the forums that are specific to the stores you shop at. Click the Coupon Forum tab at the top of your screen, then scroll down to the Swingin' Deals section, then go to the Store Deals forum. There are many fabulous and active store forums here at HCW. Nearly all list a sneak peak at the upcoming ad and members will add in the coupons match ups.

if you have a kroger near you , you can go to the kroger site and look up the atlanta georga ad - their ad starts sunday and is the same for us in illinois that starts on thursday.

dont forget to explore a little. it took me a while to realize i could join a train (below current trades)...and that there was an entire forum just for coupon resources which is what people are finding in store and a listing of insert coupons coming out for the current weeks (yup see them ahead of time) and then if you venture down, you can find ideas on being frugal and saving money other ways...and then a place to vent in hot under the collar.

and dont forget to check the freebie forums for things to sign up for that come free!
