trade and cant post

I have been waiting to be able to post in the trades, thinking I just had to make a so many posts to be able to post in the trading forum. But now I read where I had to answer the two questions then wait. I hope thats right, cause I just did that, and I am in desperate need of a quick trade of my 35 Nivea Body Wash for women for 35 of the mens. We have been out of the womens all week, but have plenty of the mens, so I assume those that got the mens are having the same problem.
Please tell me if i am wrong on the questions and need to do something else to be able to post in the trades.My coupons expire about the 14th, so dont have much time.
