Coupons fine print question

Can someone direct me or let me know the answers to these. So one coupon per perchase/transaction i'm pretty sure. each item is a purchase meaning you can use a coupon thats the same PER item, but if it says transaction you can only use 1 coupon thats the same for instance manufacturers coupon per check out. But you can still combine a store coupon and manufacturers coupon per transaction???? Or does it really mean only 1 coupon can go for that 1 item per transaction.

So for instance i have a target web coupon thats 1$ off with purchase of two multipack snack bars (fiber one) says limit one coupon or offer per transaction. Can i also use a manufacturers coupon thats 1$ off 2 fiber one bar boxes that i got from a newspaper insert??

~target's web coupons all say "one per transaction". meaning you can use one like target coupon per transaction, plus you can use a manufacturer on top of that.

so one kraft cheese target ip + one manufacturer kraft cheese per order

~ like coupon. a "like" coupon means one coupon of the same. so if you have a target printable for kraft cheese and another target coupon for suave. you have one like coupon for kraft and one like coupon for suave. you can use one each in one order.

~ one per purchase : each item you have in your order is a "purchase".
~one per transaction: only one of that specific coupon per order (order is a ring up and check out)
~one per customer: you are a customer each time you walk in that store.
