Actully around here almost every house pays for trash & recycling pick up at least once a week. I was surprised there was so many paper dumpster near me. The ones I am gonna check are just paper ones. I will more then likely do the same thing * got to the locations till I am told other wise.

If there were recylable bins around here - I'd dumpster dive too probably - just with alot of Purrelll.... but we have curbside recycling pick up....

We have curbside recycling here too. It is free and the city does say that they do sell everything they collect - I guess it offsets the cost of trash collection which is also free for single family residences. If I looked hard enough I could probably find apartment complexes that have recycle bins, I just haven't made the effort yet myself. I pick up a few extra inserts anyway from people that bring them to work and leave them in the lunchroom - much easier that dumpster diving.

Those looking for paper dumpsters check your schools too. All of ours have them.
