Manufacturer Coupon with Store Logo?

I have a few coupons that say Manufacturer Coupon across the top but in the middle of the coupon there's a Food Lion symbol. Does anyone know if I can only use it at Food Lion since the symbol is on there or if I can use it at any store since it says Manufacturer's Coupon?

It's one of those YMMV things, depends on the cashier and/or store manager. Some will and some won't.
