    QUESTION Question about winetag coupons?

I'm not a newbie to using coupons, but fairly new to using winetags. So say you have a winetag coupon that says "$3 off salty snacks, $3.01 minimum purchase required." Can the coupon be used on more than one item? Example: Keebler cracker sandwich packs are on sale $2/5. Can I buy two, and use the $3 off salty snacks coupon? Or even smaller cracker sandwich packs are $1 each, so could I buy four, and use the $3 coupon?

Also, do I have to buy one item that costs over $3? And is the $3.01 minimum purchase before or after tax? If I buy one bag of chips that costs exactly $3 before tax, can I still use the coupon? The tax added would definitely make it over $3.01.

I want to be sure I use these coupons correctly. EVERY time I use one, the cashier stops, reads the coupons front AND back. And sometimes goes over to the service desk or calls the manager to have him look at the coupon.

And because these coupons are high value coupons, I want to get the most I can out of them.

    TIA!

Since the tag says salty snacks (plural), you should be able to use it on a combination of salty snacks, as long as the total exceeds the $3.01 prior to the taxes. Taxes aren't counted towards the purchase requirement.
There will always be a YMMV with WT's because of the interpretation factor by the cashier/management at the register. They usually don't see this type of coupon as much as the standard manufacturer's coupons which are on specific mfr products.
