Question about FREEs?

Where do people find all these great FREE coupons that I see for trade? I'm not talking about FREE wyb something, I mean FREE.

Most of the time they email the company tell them how much they liked there product...or complain about the product and get sent coupons for free products.

The diaper ones tend to be from collecting the codes from the diapers and wipes.

collecting coke codes can get you free coupons for products as well.

Occasionally a contest (thinking yoplait as an example) on facebook will send out coupons for a free product too.

I email companies everyday and I can't wait to get my mail, the mail lady often has to come to my door because she can't fit everything in the mailbox plus I have 3 sisters and my mom & dad who I email for(google autofill is great) because they don't have the time like I do. I don't trade nearly as much on here like I want to because I trade on other couponing boards too.

email the brands you use normally. i emailed roman meal about moldy bread and got 6 frees...told dannon i hate their 6pk packaging...got a free..

I keep a spreadsheet in excel of all the companies that I have contacted in ABC order, when I contacted them and what they sent. Some companies you can contact about every 3 to 4 months and keep receiving coupons from them.
