How much $ do you figure you 'waste' on coupon services..

I've never used a clipping service, so I've never wasted money there. I have access to a small local paper that costs 75 cents and has the coupons in their Saturday paper. My wasted money tends to be if I buy too many papers when the inserts aren't great or if I make too many trips and spend too much on gas.

Like other posters, I only buy from the clippers if I know of a deal that is on the way. I also prefer trading on here to buying from the clippers since HCWers are well-stocked and generous and everyone can get something out of a fair deal.
