Default A blinkie with no scannable bar code?

I was recently given 3 blinkies of "Save 55cents on one Dole Salad" with exp of 5/1/10. It looks like a blinkie and says Top Smart Souce Cpn Machine, but there is no scannable barcode. At the back of cpn, it says limit one cpn per purchase, not to exceed purchase price and a code that says "L.U#5154.
My friend said she got it for me from her local grocery store, in the red little box that has a blinking light and it looks like a blinkie.

But I was wondering if it was usable cuz there is no barcode....

I have never seen a blinkie like that before or are there blinkies like that now and I just haven't kept up to date? Thanks.

Was it a publix she got it from?? Publix supermarkets use an LU# for their store coupons...if so, then this can be used together with a manufacturers q'pon at publix...HTH
