how was that term stated, exactly?

gift card normally are gift cards you buy or trade for.
PP is normally PayPal.

if the sentence in which that was used, or the way you saw it was:
giftcard, (COMMA) PP then it might have meant the trader was willing to accept, or offer, a giftcard or Paypal.

I've used PP for years and never heard of a Paypal giftcard.

There is such a thing as sending or receiving PP (Paypal) "as a gift".

PP could have mean "private party"

Please state the entire sentence where you saw the term "giftcard PP?"

If you are 100% puzzled by giftcard PP, I'm about 80% puzzled, so maybe someone else knows

I think it was meant to be "gifted PP" which means paypal sent via personal gift so as not to incur fees.
