I do notice I can get items that I like more often now than before, For instance-flavored liquid creamer-I am getting that dirt cheap quite often so instead of plain old milk, I can get the "good stuff!"

If you like Gogurts and the Noodles, then the next time they are on sale come on this site and trade for as many coupons as you want.
I can tell you that yogurt can go bad after a few months, so don't buy 100 packs.
If you watch your store ads and keep up with coupons, you'll slowly remember how often those items are on sale and how often the coupons are out and adjust your purchases accordingly. A common sale item and common coupons then you might only want a few. A rare sale item and a rare coupon then you need plenty.

    Thanks
There is nothing wrong with becoming a customer of new products. That is what is so cool about couponing. I've tried stuff I never would have paid for pre-couponing.

That said, I am still cheap. I rarely pay full price for anything, unless it is an absolute necessity. Of which there are few. Even if I splurge on things I never would have bought pre-couponing, I still pay less overall because I use coupons on other things. I pay less on the things I buy in general, and maybe buy things here and there that I consider "splurges", and as long as I pay less than I did two years ago, I'm happy.

It comes down to your willingness to fight the cravings/wants/gimme gimmes.
