Not a stupid question at all!
If you have a coupon for $1 off six items, you can use one coupon for every six items you buy.
6 items = 1 coupon
12 items = 2 coupons
18 items - 3 coupons
Okay, I know if something says .60 of two and I get four of the item that I can use two coupons, but what is a coupon says "$1.00 of any six", can I use six coupons on six items, or would I have to keep purchasing at least six items to get $1 off? If that makes sense.

Thanks so much!!!
Yes, that's a STUPID question! No, I'm just kidding! This stuff can get complicated so always come and ask if you have a question!
I had one today like this actually. The normal price was .99. The store coupon was .79 for up to 4 cans. The manf coupon was $1 off 5. So, how many do you get? You get 5 cans. You use the store coupon and you use the manf coupon and it breaks down like this-
.79
.79
.79
.79
.99
4.15 - $1 coupon= $3.15 (.63 each)
To make the manf coupon work ($1/5) I have to buy in sets of 5 for every 1 of those coupons that I use.
Hope this helps and didn't just confuse you further!
