I need help!

My sister just moved to Boston and she wants to start couponing. I always tell newbies to learn one store at a time. She has four stores in close distance. CVS, Harvest Market and Trader Joes, and Stop and Shop.

Anyone have any suggestions on tips on the last three. I'm in Florida so I don't know these stores. But, we all have CVS's don't we?
